Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, filament availability, machine maintenance, or other delays outside our control.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or carrier issues once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
