Refunds may be requested within 30 days of shipment under the following conditions:
- For items listed as “Ready to Ship,” customers may cancel for a full refund any time before the order has shipped.
- Once a “Ready to Ship” item has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the item is received back in original, undamaged condition.
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of custom 3D printed products.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or improperly assembled.
- Buyers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and providing tracking information for return shipments.
- LED kits, lighting components, electronics, and installed electronic parts are non-returnable once installed or used unless they arrive defective.
- Decorative items, cosplay props, and collectible pieces are intended for display purposes only and should be used responsibly.
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect addresses entered by the customer, shipping carrier delays, or normal variations inherent to the 3D printing process such as minor layer lines, small imperfections, or slight color differences between prints and photos.
